Samuel Lusk - Sarah Bailey - male descendants?

Hi all -

I am looking for a male descendant of Samuel Lusk (b ~1776 VA) and Sarah Bailey to do a DNA test. This is really simple, just a cheek swab, and if money is a problem, there is help available - we would REALLY like to have this done and are willing to pay for it.

Lusk is my female line, and my nearest male uncle (great great great uncle) had seven girls. So I need the help of more distant cousins.

Samuel and Sarah had sons John ~1804, Andrew ~1804, Harrison 1813, Russell 1814, James 1816, Whitten 1821, William 1826 and Samuel 1828.

-----John is a mystery.
-----Andrew had my 4g grandfather Jonathan (who had John Riley with all the girls) and JOHN S, who had several sons, none of whom I have been able to trace: William 1875, George W 1877, Fred 1881, John S 1888
-----Harrison had several sons, and I believe Barbara Boyce (old teach) is one of his descendants, and I'm sure I've been in contact with another one, but I can no longer find their addresses (an email I sent to Barb bounced). I've always found the Harrisons to be VERY helpful folk, so I'm hoping one will step forward now.
-----Russell, as far as I can tell, never married.
-----James, as far as I can tell, had only girls.
-----Whitten, as far as I can tell, never married.
-----William, as far as I can tell, died young.
-----Samuel, as far as I can tell, never married.

So it seems to be up to John S's descendants and Harrison's descendants.

Harrison's sons: William C 1849, Marcus 1851, James 1855, John 1856, Samuel David 1856, Marion Whitt 1859, Harrison 1863, Charles Lewis 1867, Andrew 1869.

So, can anyone help?
Thanks so much
