LUFTS, John George, Revd., fl 1755 SC Amelia Township
Thank you for sharing your research.
I am hoping you can tell me something about the following two men (both possibly LUSK?)--Bernard LITZ LEITZ LITZS LITEZ; and, John George LUFT:

I have been researching an early group of Presbyterians in this area of SC.(It's my understanding that many of them left the area for Midway GA about this same time.)
Many of the early records in this settlement were recorded by German-speaking Swiss; and, perhaps, by French-speaking settlers--as well as English, Scottish and Irish. There was a significant presence of American Indians--especially, the "school" of Christian Gotlieb PRIEBER.
Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
