Sally,
Frank Lusk, a famous cowboy in Wyoming, was a native of Pennsylvania. Somewhere, in piles of papers, I have his parents name. I don't think he founded the town of Lusk, but he was so well thought of, the town was named after him. I have a book written about him but it has been a long time since I read it.
