In Reply to: William B. Lusk (1900 census Texas) by Harold B. Stout of 1998

Just thought I would update this information based on research since this posting:
William ARTHUR Lusk was son of Richard/Almira(Barney)LUSK, born 1866 Rockport, IN, died 1945 Doucett, TX. Was a baptist preacher who married Virginia(Jennie)Keith 1893. They had two sons, Frank and Paul. Basically families lived in AL-LA, although have found them in other places nearby for short periods. Grandchildren presently living in TX and AL.
William's brother, Charles Frederick Lusk, did have a son, William B., who was institutionalized after military duty(not excactly sure if Spanish-American or ?)-although this happened after his marriage and birth of at least one child who I have not been able to trace, a daughter. So, don't know who the William B. is who would be contemporary with my line, but not one of ours apparently, and the obit that printed Wm. B. was in error as I have now accounted for all of Richard/Almira's sons(9). Joshua Barney Lusk mentioned in Mr. Stout's email (and Tina's) is the grandson of William A. and we have talked many times since locating him. Hope this helps someone - happy to elaborate if needed for anyone.
