Seeking the birthdate of Phoebe LUSHER, b. 1850-1855, Cabell Co., (W)Va.; prob. dau of Tennie & Artennie Lusher. She married William James YEAGER, b. Jul1850, m. approx 1873-1874; Did she die? I have no family tradition to rely upon about her. So many women died in childbirth. William James Yeager remarried about 1875 to Sarah Elizabeth Scites.
