There is a photo and details of a document dated 11 February 1859 which is in the form of a bond for £2,000 payable by Gabriel Fielding to Ann LUPTON of Boston Spa, Bramham Yorkshire. Spinster, Francis LUPTON of Boston Spa, Bramham, Yorkshire. Gardener, and John Addinell BROMET of Tadcaster, Yorkshire. Gentleman.

- see on website http://www.familychest.co.uk/default.htm (use surname search).

It is really a settlement prior to the marriage of Gabriel Fielding to Ann Lupton. Gabriel Fielding undertakes that, after his death, his heirs or executors will pay an annuity of £70 per annum to Ann Lupton for the rest of her life. This bond for £2,000 is only a penalty sum to be paid if the annuity should not be kept up.
