On the place where it said Dis, or Disowned, was there another notation , "mos" or "mou" ? Usually when they were disowned it was because they married out of Society,"Quaker" mos, or out of Unity mou. If they were disowned , then they would not have any reference to them afterwards, unless they were returned to the Society.Or their descendants joined the Society, when they would be noted in the records.. At least that is my thoughts on the subject. Howard Boswell
