Margaret Lunt John Whalley marriage

I would like to find the parents of Margaret Lunt, who married John Whalley at Sefton near Liverpool in 1776 . There are quite a few Lunt families in the area and at least two contenders christened in the parish.

Does anybody have any evidence to support any one particular girl?
