Hi Cindy,
I have the book by Dean L. Lunt -- Haulding by Hand- great book.... all about their lives and their descendants.
Dean came from Frenchboro Island, Maine.
I went to this island last week. took pictures too.
What and or how can I purchase this other book you mentioned ?? the Lunt book....
I will do my best to get some answers for you about the Butler/Lunt information, if I can. email me again to remind me of this....
my Butlers, some came from Town of Tremont, Maine. called - up center-Sea Cove, Maine.
there are a few of the George Butler's..
I Remember hearing George W. ? Butler that married to his cousin Euphemia Butler, think they may have been Double cousins.
my gramdmother weas a Butler too. maiden name Butler. my mothers Mother - Rose or Rosa R. (Butler) Birch / Dawes. mom's maiden name is Dawes.
I will see if one of my friends can help me out on this.
