I am interested in your Butler line. My great, great grandmother was Emeline Butler Lunt. Her maiden name was Lunt but I don't know where the Butler came from. She was born in Westbrook, Maine. She is the daughter of Anson and Mary Goodwin Lunt. She married Thomas H. Coombs and they lived in Brunswick, Maine. Some where along her line there must have been the surname Butler. I understand there is a book " The Lunt Family in America." but I have not purchased it and I think there are mistakes in it. There is also a book on Lunts in Maine called " Hauling by Hand" I believe. The book deals more with the Lunts in Northern Maine.
