Brenda: I am working on a Luney database and found some info that might be of interest to you regarding your posting.

From the cemetery transcript of St. Mary's R. C. Cemetery, Lot 13, Con. 9 Ramsay Township:
Andrew Devine died June 15, 1911 aged 80 years
wife Mary A. Lunney died July 29, 1923 aged 81 years
Also 4 infants (not listed by name)

Carol Bennett McQuaig's book on The Peter Robinson Settlers has a photograph of Lunney boys from the Ottawa area - Lawrence, Hugh, Edward Leonard, Joseph, a couple of others and a reference that there were 2 sisters. The Mantil name is also mentioned as a connection.

There are other Lunney's interred at Indian Hill Cemetery, Pakenham.

Hope this helps you.
