The only possibility I can find in the 1890 Swedish Census CD is this one, and the father was already using the surname Lundqvist.
Anders (Andrew is not a Swedish name) might have been the son of a Per something, however, and if he used his patronymic name, it might have been Persson. You will need to research back in time in the Swedish parish records to see who his father was.
At any rate, the mother would have most likely used the dotter = daughter ending instead of the son = son ending since she was born in 1836. Women born in those days would have been horrified to be addressed as someone's son. Near the end of the 1800s, women often used the son ending but she was born long before that. Anna was the daughter of an Eric/Erik something (Ersdotter = daughter of Erik/Eric.) and even if her husband had kept his own patronymic name, her father would not have changed just because they married. Married women in Sweden didn't generally take the patronymic name of their husbands in those days. It was the custom to keep her own patronymic name.
