Alva Julia was born 26? (or 16?) January 1879 in Lohärad parish in Stockholms county. (There are both a city and county of Stockholm. Don't confuse them.)
Her parents were dragon (a type of military man) Karl Gustaf Lund who lived at Nyckelby? in that parish, and his wife, Lovisa Andersdotter. The mother was 38 years old. The parents had been married for 13 years.
