I was recently talking to my father about his trip to Scotland in September and how he and his new wife found and corrected the fact that our family branch wasn't actually on the family tree due to a second marraige not being recorded. anyway this sparked my interest in the family and I am interested to find out all I can from before my grandfarther back to the famliy moving to Australia after an incodent involving an illigitamet son and being kicked out of the church in Markinch. In particular I was interested in talking to Archie as they met him while they were there. My farthers name is Neil Robert Lumsden (born in Five Dock NSW Austrailia 1955) 5th child of Mary Octavia Seaton Smith and George or Gordon Lumsden other children are Bruce Gordon (1944), Narelle (1943) and Ross Alex (1947).
