My granmdmother, Lucy Toro Lugo was born in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. She had a sister named Marina (Toro) Lugo. My grandmother married Filemon R. Lugo, who was also born in Cabo Rojo or Mayaguez. Filemon died in WW2 and Lucy has also passed on. If this rings a bell, please contact me.
