It's been awhile, but I hope you see this. I descend from a Lucy/Lucey of the Millstreet area. My paternal grandmother, Margaret Lyons Ward, was born in Dromtariff Parish, Rathcoole, near Millstreet, on Sept. 18, 1884, daughter of John and Margaret (Lucey) Lyons. Her mother, as far as I know, was born in Dromtariff in 1856; I have a baptismal record for a Margaret Lucey, bap. June 10, 1856, daughter of John and Julia (Henesy) Lyons, which I think is the right couple. Also, are you connected with Con Lucey, the late Bishop of Cork?
