This is to certify that I G C McWilliams an ordained Minister of the Gospel of the Methodist Protestant Church, did on the 27th day of February AD 1859 in the County of Franklin and State of Arkansas, Solemnize the rite of matrimony between George Lucus aged twenty years and Sarah A. Wilmott aged sixteen years by then and there declaring them to be husband and wife according to the form of the church of which I am a Minister My credentials being recorded in the clerks Office in Crawford County Arkansas
