Looking for probably a "country store" on the outskirts of Pembroke that was owned by a Mr. Lowry related to the "Indian" Lowrys. I understand it is still there although probably altered in appearance.
My grandfather, Sydney Flowers Clark 1889-1967 born Clarkton, Bladen County, ran the store from about 1952-1959. I understand he lived there as well.
Planning to come to NC and would like to find it.
Any help on location of store greatly appreciated.
