Abraham Lowman, b. Sep 1783, Lancaster Co., Pa., christened 12 Dec 1784, married Elizabeth Brobeck 02 Mar 1807, Augusta Co., Va., d. 1857, Mercer Co., Va., was the daughter of Johanes and Magdalene Lauman. John Lauman, name later changed to John Lowman, was born in Pa, circa 1735, served in the Revolutionary War, moved to Augusta Co., Va., and died there Oct 1819.
