The Severn Baptist Church bought the property known as "Severn Run Farm". This is on Maryland Route 170, Telegraph Road between Severn and Odenton. The property was owned by Penrhyn Watts and previously owned by Mack Lowman. I think this may have been John M.Lowman. The church officials are trying to find information on the people buried in the family burial grounds on the property. I have Griffith and Tase relatives buried there but do not have any knowledge of the Lowman family. It is believed that there are also some slaves or free blacks buried in unmarked graves. Do you have any information on this?
