Several years ago, I communicated with Joan Cochran Moeller who was doing research on the Lowman family.
I sent her some original Lowman research that was done by Velma Lowman Foshee. I had received the boxes after Velma died and all her Foshee and Lowman research was sent to me since her husband was about to destroy it.
At that time Jean lived in Miami Florida.
I cannot locate Jean now. She has disappeared from Miami and I cannot find her anywhere.
