My father was Francis Roderick Lower b. 1924 in Falmouth Cornwall, England. His father Charles Reginald was born 1896 in St. Mawes, Cornwall, England. I know his father was Joseph Lower and was a brick mason. My grandfather ( Charles) was never too open about his family and really could not see the point of developing a family tree, so I have been stymied to do too much research. Any help out there?
