Hi George, How are you doing? All the info. I have shows James Lovely as the father of John Lovely. I got my info. from my Grandmother Myrna Lovely and from research compiled by Darcy Lovley. In the book Darcy put together he list your name as a person that provided infomation for the book. So, this is interesting development.... Here is something to think about, William Lovely was settled in Plymouth Land grant in 1836. If you look at this web site ( http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~lallen/FortFairfield.htm#Settlers%20Survey%201836%20Town%20of%20Plymouth%20Grant ) you will see the survey does not include John Lovely. John does give the names of the settlers though. So, John was living in Plymouth Land Grant. Was he living with his Uncle William or His Father William? Something else to think about, John named his first son William Lovely but named none of his sons James.

Shuan Jones
