Looking for information on John Lovell married to Susan Arminta Martin, dau. of Rufus Martin and Emily Ann Tomes/Toms. John was born 1841 TN possibly Jackson Co. Susan born 1851 VA., and they married in Coffee Co., TN, Feb 1868. They had 9 children: Mary Ann, Rebecca, Dicie Virginia, Martha/Mattie, John Horace, Rufus Martin, Nora Elizabeth, Frances/Fannie, Elbert B. There was also a Willie Creek living in their household in 1880. He is listed as son of John, but do not know exactly what relation he was to the family.
Other Tennessee families connected to the Lovells are Bennett, Duncan, Brown, Stephens, Bailey, Wimberly, Taylor, Anderson.
