Since posting the original request, I learned that the wife of James Warren was more likely to be Phebe Luce b. April 7, 1776 in Williamstown, MA, daughter of Seth and Lucy (Stratton) Luce. Seth is believed to have settled in Otsego County NY about 1794. There is a census record for Seth in 1800 in Richfield, Otsego County showing a distribution of children by age consistent with the vital records of Williamstown MA for this family before they moved away. I am trying to determine if the Phebe who married James Warren and was the mother of Horatio Warren and Orsamus Warren was said Phebe Luce.
