Jim Nancy, I just got around to checking Genforum and saw your message. I am also descended from William Lockmiller and Eliza Carrol. My grandfather was Alfred, one of the nine children you mentioned. He migrated to Missouri before or after the Civil War where my father, William Arch was born in 1893. They moved on to Okla. about 1905, where I was born in 1932. I am familiar with your branch as I have been in touch with Dr. Grover Loughmiller of Tyler, TX. I am assuming you know Grover. I have not heard from him in a couple of years. Send me your address and I will send you copies of the wills I mentioned. Regards, Bill
