I know this is not an answer to your question, but your post raised another question for me. I've been trying to trace Louderbacks who emigrated around the same time. I know of a Peter and Conrad (father and son or brothers?) who came to Pennsylvania from Germany in 1737 aboard a ship that sailed from Rotterdam, Holland.
Do you know if Johan David Louderback is any relation to this pair? Do you know where in Europe he came from?
