I did a simple Internet search hoping to find something to jog my memory and found it. You should find that Catrina 'Caty' (Comer) Louderback's father was the Michael Comer who was the son of Christopher Comer/Gomer. I'm sure Christopher was born in Germany, but didn't notice that listed on the web site I visited. Since my Comer papers have been missing for years, I may no longer have them. As such, I can't really give anything that would satify a desire for "documentation". All's I can give is a direction. Christopher had at least two sons who were in America. Michael is one, Martin may have been the other. Along with the Comers, I had the Bakers. I can't claim all the work myself, but the people who did the bulk of the work were extremely thorough documenting with birth, baptism, marriage, will, and death records, and anything else they could find. If you cannot travel to Page Co and surrounding counties, you might find the following URL helpful. I haven't bought anything from her yet, but find it very tempting as I live 300 miles from Page County.
