Hey Bruce! I have looking in Chester Co and Delaware Co Pa for Joseph Louden and family. I did find the children were in a Poor Childrens School. There were other children with Joseph..Catherine and Henry..not sure who they are. Also a Frederick was there at the same time with a child named David. (This was 1829-1836).
Contact me at aperry9@woh.rr.com. Hope the family is well. My grandfather Garnet died in 2006 so I am on my own here. I wanted to do a DNA swab on him but it wasn't available at that time. I visit the Maple Grove Cemetery often to check on all of the Louden graves.
