Doc Lothian/Milbank, South Dakota

I have 4 pages scanned from a book titled "It Really Happened Here". This is a story about a girl who needed surgery who was operated on by Doc Lothian, a surgeon in Milbank, South Dakota. There is no mention of his first name, nor of his wife who passed away leaving him in the care of 2 small children (Ben & Ruth). He left the children for a time with the family whom this story is centered, and returned for them after he remarried.

If anyone is interested in receiving this story, send an email with Lothian in the subject line.
