I am helping my aunt find her family. Her parents were John and Dorothy Lorenz. John emmigrated in 1907 from Russia with his family. I think his parents are Peter and Barbara (or Bettie) Lorenz. I have found Peter and Bettie in the 1920 Census, Lincoln, Lancaster Co., Nebraska and found Barbara in the 1930 Census Lincoln, Lancaster Co., Nebraska, widow living with John, his wife Dorothy and two daughters along with two of John's brothers. Peter and Barbara had several children, Fred, Marie, Willis (or William) Rose and Peter. John served in WW l. We are hoping to find more information about Peter and anything about him coming from Russia, or other family members that came with them. Any information would be greatly appreciated. My aunt is the last living member of her immediate family and would like to find out more about her family.
