How do I go about filing a case on behalf of Jose Cristosomo Longoria Chapa,who is also one of Matias Longoria Chapa's sons. I have no certified documentation, but a family tree showing me as a direct descendant of Matias, and if you need me to prepare some kind of document, I am writing a book that shows my family tree back to Juan Batiste Schiapapria (Chapa) and Matias Longoria.
