In defense of this attorney that is declaring all these family groups, yes it is true. We spoke to a family member from one of the Longoria groups and we were told they did receive there money. If I told you how much it was you would not nor could you believe me.
Along with the rest of you, we heard the same stories of wealth, land and royalties. We are involved in two cases. On one, we are just waiting for a court date for the judge to sign our declaratory judgement and a letter of administration to release funds that have been in certain accounts for years.
Everyone needs to understand, that it takes time to go through this whole process. Unfortunately the judicial system is very slow. It also depends on the judge that is residing over that particular county.
All I can say, is try and be patient it doesn't happen over night. Good Luck to every one and God Bless
