I spoke to the Energy Resource Committee today, the bill has not had a reading in the committee yet and it does not look like it will not by may 11 2009.
This means that this bill will die in committee and will not be law because of lack of time frame per ERC.
I also spoke to Sid Miller's Office, the author of the bill, they had no notes on what this law would do if passed.
