If the defendants are "Unknown Heirs", then it seems to me that these Unknown Heirs would not be aware of these legal proceedings and would not hire attorneys to represent them. So I would think there is little chance of anyone of them filing an answer by the appearance deadline. Furthermore, it seems to me these "Unknown Heirs" would also be missing from any further legal proceedings.

QUESTION 1 - Did any of the "Unknown Heirs" file an answer by March 20?

QUESTION 2 - If the "Unknown Heirs" filed no answers, have the plaintiffs "won" and everything is over?

QUESTION 3 - If the "Unknown Heirs" filed no answers but everything is not over, what exactly is the next step for the plaintiffs?

QUESTION 4 - Why exactly are Arlene Longoria Abbott Willingham, Et Al filing a legal proceeding against persons they don't know, i.e., The Unknown Heirs of Jose Vicente Longoria?
