I'm sure there may have been several law suits through out the years. In th 50's the US and Mexico agreed to share the cost to build the Falcon Dam due to flooding and therefore forced everyone to move off their land and they also lost their mineral rights. The land owners took the US to court and regained their mineral rights. I have the entire file on this particular case. I don't know who the attorneys were or how many familes it included. So I'm not sure.
