No you wrong it is not.

It was a case in the Supreme Court where Robert Salazar was trying to get the monies back that were paid to Mexico for our original land grantees who lost their land and were forced off the land so the white man could settle on it.

My deceased brother, Clark, was working closely with Robert Salazar on the case,

The Supreme Court ordered that the monies had already been paid to Mexico and so it was settled that all ownership remained the same since all monies from Texas had already been paid and our ancestors, including those on Porcion 93
were left with ownership papers and no land,
