We may have the same attorney if his name is Raul Garcia.Of course he told me each case is confidential.He cannot discuss one Longoria case with another Longoria person and i understand it completely.All he agreed to do for us is to present the packet that my geneologist is working on to a fed.judge in Laredo in order to get recognised as a true heir.After that another attorney who deals in mineral rights law will take over.
I know it takes years i wish i had started this a lot sooner.My grandfather started this in the 80's then he passed away and we kinda forgot about it.My brothers and i were always talking about it but it wasnt until i read an article in the local paper about this lady that researches family history.I gave her a call and this is where we are now.
