I too have family in Modugno. I visited there a number of years ago and met a lot of them. Also went to Pompeii, where there is a house with the sign "Casa de Longus". I was told the Roman surname was Longus. Don't speak Italian, so don't have much contact with them.

My father immigrated to Canada in 1925, I believe, and lived there all his life. I was born in Canada but came to the US in 1954.
