My g.g.g.grandmother is Ursula Longman. She married Marianus Massie in St. James, Westminster on 25 Mar 1822. Although she lived most of her married life at The Lodge, Kensington Gardens, where her husband was gardner and later Keeper of the Chapel Royal at Kensington Palace, her first child, Henry Massie, was born in the New Forest (according to information supplied by his daughter on his Death Certificate). This leads me to believe she may be the Ursley Longman who was baptised on 24 Jul 1796 at Minstead.

I would be pleased for confirmation of this or any further information on the Longman family.

Lorraine Graham
