I am searching for information on my grandfathers family. His name was Roy Longman, his father was John Jacob Longman and his mother was called Sally but I think her name was Sarah and her last name was Parker. She was a passenger on one of the boats from England. John Jacob worked on the boat and thats how they met. My Grandfather was born March 2, 1918 or 1917. I'm am not sure of his dads birthdate. This is the only information I have. My grandfather died December 26, 1999 and there is no one else who knows anything. I believe some of the Parkers settled in Ohio. Any information you can give me would be great.
