I've traced my Long surname to Caroline County in the 1800s but am stuck now. I don't know your 3 people (sorry), but it's a possible relation. The ancestors I know of mine that were in Caroline Co:

George M Long 1839 - 1913 m. Sarah "Sallie" E White 1837 - 1919

George's parents
Addison L Long abt 1815 - abt 1865 m. Letty W Durrett 1819 - 1851

George's siblings

-Martha L
