This obituary source is from the "Tomah Monitor Herald" dated 03/16/1917. Frank Lombard 67 yers old died at Babcock.WI,Friday March 9, 1917. Note Babcock is in Wood County,Wisconsin. His body was brought to Tomah, Monroe County,WI and funeral services were held Monday. Mr. Lombard was a former resident of this city, for many years. He was marshall for several years and was very well known. He lost an arm serving the railroad company early in life.
