am looking for information which has me stumped, there are several LOMBARDS, that were early settlers and pioneers of the Magalloway and Wilsons Mills of MAINE. My line stops at any matches where Peter Bennett (DOB 1/17/1816, Maine) married a Betsey Lombard (DOB abt 1825, Maine).
I have searched cemetaries to try and located more clues but to no avail.
I need to try to find out who Betsey's parents were. I came across 5 different Lombards and many in the census reports but this far back is not so easy.
If you can help email me with any information. I have other LOMBARD, BENNETT tree or GEDCOM files and headstone pics I can share and pass on as well
