You can find the cemetery record (with dates) for Charles & wife Phoebe Logan on the link below at Findagrave.com
FYI: Phoebe Logan has the middle initial C. on this site and she also uses the middle initial C. on the 1900 TX, Wise County census. She states on this 1900 census that she had 11 children & 8 are alive. 5 children are living with them; Michael H. 29, Roscoe G. 20,Antura J 17, Charles M. 11, Fredrick M 10 & Flora is already married so that accounts for 6.

The young girl Lula Kathryn Logan that is also buried there is the daughter of Roscoe G. Logan & his wife Vergie.
Since Findagrave.com is often a submission site....there may be others of this Logan family buried there but no one has submitted the info yet. I would contact the cemetery and check for other Logans and Flora & Lawrence Miller also.
Roscoe G. Logan (indexed as LAGAN) & wife Vergie are still in OK, Stephens County for the 1930 census.
Flora Logan appears to be the same Flora that married Lawrence B. Miller and is at the same location as Charles & Pheobe for the 1900 TX, Wise Co census. Lawrence & Flora are then found on the 1910,1920 OK, Stephens County census records.
Based on month/year born from the 1900 TX, Wise County census Fred Logan is the same:
