According to "A Directory of the Descendants of Andrew & Lydia Logan of Albany, New York and Abbeville, South Carolina" by Richard K. Logan, Francis(Frank) Logan, Jr. and Margaret Miller had one son and five daughters. I am seeking information on their son, James Miller Logan, b. 3 Jun 1805, d. 2 Apr 1849. In the 1840 Rutherford Co., NC census, pg. 345, James Miller Logan and wife, Mary Morrison, had four boys and 2 girls. The children were born between 1830 and 1840. James was living beside Benjamin Logan and his father, Francis. James died in 1849 and I am trying to find information on James' wife, Mary, and their six children. I cannot find them in the 1850 census. If anyone has information on this family or can give me any clues as to where Mary and her children migrated to please e-mail me @ jandahoward@msn.com. Thanks.
