What I was working on was Lodge, Causey,Sasnett, connections in Edgecombe.
I had quite a few on my data base.
Starting with Lewis Lodge b a 1740 and Martha Sasnett born Edgecombe Co NC d aft 1795
children
Josiah b a 1765 & Dolly
Sarah 23 Oct 1766 Tarboro, Edgecombe, NC-Aug 1853 Lowndes Co Ga
Redmond
Lewis Jr
Josiah's dtr Dorethea "Dolly" 1805 & Cullen Causey son of Philip & Rachel Davis
Philip's son Greenberry 1801 & Levisa "Vicy" "Nicey" Lodge 1800 child of who? Sister of who?
And I tried to find other children of Josiah & Lewis-to no avail.
The Sasnett-Sarsnett family also had a lot of interplay...with the above two families.
I imagine that started with Richard-the probable Immigrant and wife Henrietta Marie Gosney...
