This Company contains the true grit and under the efficient leadership of the gallant Captain Carlisle there is no doubt they will prove worthy of the cause and this state when the time comes for action. 1st Delaware Regiment Mustered Out: The 1st Delaware Regiment whose time of service expired on the 5th inst., has received its pay and mustered out of service. 2nd Delaware Regiment Ordered to Harpers Ferry: The 2nd Delaware Regiment has orders to move forward to Harpers Ferry. Promotion: Delawares representative in congress, Mr. Fisher, is urging the Government to appoint Colonel Lockwood of Delaware to the rank of Brigider General in the Union Army. Delaware Confederates: Delaware men serving in the Confederate Army of Jeff Davis; Charles Reed, Seaford; Thomas Horset, Seaford; Caleb Ross, Seaford; Edward Jcobs, Seaford and William H. H.
