This is a stretch, but I'd kick myself later for not checking it out. My g-grandmother was Caroline Lockwood and she had an older brother named Henry. She would of been 8 years old in the picture you have, and her brother Henry would of been 10.
I don't actually suspect its the same family, as the name Jarvis doesn't fit with anything I have, nor do any of the other names look familiar.
If you have a scan of the picture and can send it as an attachment I would love to see it.
