Good to hear from you. I didn't know anything about William's branch of the family. Alfred's brother, George, was the only sibling's branch that I knew anything about. Brothers Alfred, George, and Jackson [and maybe others] were Confederate soldiers in the 59th Tennessee Mounted Infantry Regiment in the Civil War. After the war Alfred moved to Texas Co., Mo and about 1905 to Okla. where he died in 1922. George moved to Texas where he was killed by a train in Mineola, Tx in 1902.
I have never heard anything about a Lockmiller coat of arms.
